From fermenter to tap, on one timeline.
See which fermenter frees up when, know how many litres are left in each keg, and put what's on tap on a menu, a TV or an e-ink display.
Fermenters and kegs on a timeline Pro
Two fermenters, four kegs and three beers in the pipeline: the timeline shows which vessel is busy until when, so you can see whether there is a free fermenter for the Pils you want to brew on Thursday.
- Your vessels: fermenters, tanks and kegs
- Scheduling timeline across all vessels
- Vessel availability for the next brew
Keg and bottle stock Pro
Stock starts when you package a brew. Deduct as it goes, move beer from one container to another, and the audit log shows where it went. A scale or flow sensor under the keg can report its weight or volume through a Custom Stream.
- Package a brew into kegs, bottles and cans
- Deduct what you drink, give away, sell or dump
- Repackage from one container to another
- Keg loans with who has the keg
- Manual additions and an audit log of stock changes
- Keg weight or volume sensors via a Custom Stream
Calendar and ICS feed
Everything with a date ends up in one calendar. Subscribe to the feed once and dry hop additions and cold crashes appear next to the rest of your week. Included in every plan.
- Brew days, packaging and fermentation events
- Spunding forecasts and reminders
- Private ICS feed URL for your phone's calendar
- From 90 days back to 180 days ahead

Cellar & taplist questions
Can I show my taplist on a TV?
Yes, on Pro. Open your screen link (brewforge.sh/screen/your-list) in the TV's browser. It checks for changes every 30 seconds and updates itself when you change a tap. There are four screen designs: Taproom, Modern, Chalkboard and Taphouse Board.
Which label printers are supported?
Niimbot Bluetooth thermal label printers only. BrewForge prints to them from the browser over Web Bluetooth, which works in Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome and Edge. D-series (D11, D101, D110, H1, H1S) and B-series (B1, B21, B3S, B4) label sizes are supported, and the loaded label roll is detected automatically.
Can I see my brewing schedule in my phone's calendar?
Yes, on every plan. Subscribe to your personal ICS feed URL in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or any other calendar app. It contains brew days, packaging, fermentation events, spunding forecasts and reminders from 90 days back to 180 days ahead.
Can I keep track of kegs I lend out?
Yes, on Pro. Mark a keg as loaned and note who has it, then mark it returned when it comes back. Packaging, deductions, repackaging, manual additions and keg returns are recorded in the stock audit log.
